Job Summary

A health information technology solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Continual Service Improvement Cloud Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and documenting CSI processes and procedures
  • Employing a variety of CSI techniques
  • Creating CSI Business Cases for proposed service improvement projects

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel: 10% / Flexible
  • Bachelors Degree or additional relevant experience
  • 10 Years of relevant experience
  • Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
  • Must have experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress
  • Must be able to identify and mitigate risks
