Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Continued Benefits Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Analyze, investigate, and secure information pertaining to insured member’s eligibility
  • Identify and resolve file/fact/contract discrepancies and outstanding issues and secure additional documentation as needed
  • Independently make and communicate eligibility decisions and issue correct benefit Approval letters or Denial letters. Customize letters when appropriate

Qualifications Include:

  • Two-Three years of relevant, progressive work experience in the Employee Benefits industry
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and internal system working knowledge of GroupFacts, Access and AdminEASE
  • Ability to organize large volumes of tasks and to prioritize competing requests and deadlines
