Job Summary
A global banking company has a current position open for a Remote Continuous Improvement Lead Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leverage reporting & analytics in support of customer experience (CX) continuous improvement programs, including drivers of change
- Leverage best in class tools, experience in quantitative research programs, analytics & deep understanding of process
- Create & distribute periodic reports for senior leadership to help gauge Performance targets and share insightful analysis
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, operations or customer experience role
- Background in running reports and analyzing dat.
- Experience in Wealth Management segments, understanding of brokerage business preferred
