Job Summary
A construction materials manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Continuous Improvement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing C.I. Profit Plan and subsequent Forecast goals; driving the team to achieve is important
- Developing a “pull’ system to replace BBs with qualified “management-potential’’ personnel
- Ensuring Process Owner involvement in SOW development and team leadership
Qualifications for this position include:
- A degree in related discipline and minimum of 5 years related experience
- Black Belt Certified (can provide certification documentation upon request)
- Possesses advanced computer skills (Microsoft products)
- Possesses statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to product and process improvement projects
- Has sufficient experience within the Company to be able to understand the organization and its business processes
