Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Continuous Improvement Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and supporting Operational Excellence initiatives throughout the organization
- Using and guiding teams through operational excellence process improvement tools
- Proficiently owning, leading, and completing projects toward objectives within areas directed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience with process improvement, operational excellence, lean, or 6 sigma
- Experience leading teams through identifying and resolving complex issues, and implementing solutions
- Able to methodically identify problems and opportunities and then create solutions
- Experience with training and coaching teams in operational excellence methodologies
- Quickly able to learn and understand new processes and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
