Job Summary
A developer of personalization software and custom websites needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Contract Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Handle processing and recording of contracts in contract management software
- Maintain boiler plates and versioning control of all contracts
- Assist in managing account and renewal information through the entire customer lifecycle process using Salesforce.com
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Highly Proficient in MS Word
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to gather data and prepare reports Familiar with legal terminology, procedures and protocols
- Great organizational skills; Ability to keep accurate and complete records
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Able to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Previous experience managing contracts or paralegal activities
