Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Contract Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Fair Market Value (FMV) to support budget development and contract negotiations
Draft, develop, and negotiate contracts while liaising with clinical teams and other functional groups
Track contract activities, provide status updates, and maintain historical contract information

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of contract experience or advanced degree with 2+ years of contract experience
Juris Doctorate (JD) is a plus
Experience in clinical trial agreements and budgeting processes
Ability to manage moderately complex contract negotiations
Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) is desirable
