Job Summary
A test prep company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Contract and Data Management Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Optimizing and implementing the process for incoming contracts and closed/won opportunities
- Ensuring records are complete and accurate for future contract renewal notifications and processing
- Curating contact lists through online research to improve accuracy and segmentation for lead generation activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to interface professionally and effectively with many personality types from various department
- Adept at using Excel for data entry and data preparation
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
- Must be extremely detail oriented, prone to checking every last number and data point
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection from an environment conducive to video conferencing
