Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Contract Associate Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Screening candidates for company and role fit on roles with limited complexity
- Negotiating offers with some complexity including some occasional simple relocation
- Adhering to assigned performance metrics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Previous recruiting / sourcing experience
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or in an equivalent business related degree
- Production oriented and discerning of high quality talent
- Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record filling positions
- Experience working with various applicant tracking systems / Taleo experience
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
