Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting firm is seeking a Remote Contract Attorney in Philadelphia.
Must be able to:
- Handle licensing agreements
- Assist on a contract basis for approximately 2-3 months
- Review and negotiate fairly standard customer licensing agreements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 5 years of experience
- Need to be able to work at least 30 hours per week
- Experience with vendor agreements
