Job Summary
A mental healthcare provider is in need of a Remote Contract Clinical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing and engaging with prospective skilled therapists and nurse practitioner candidates from third-party sourcing platforms
- Screening resumes helping determine first-round interview candidates
- Organizing and conducting first-round interviews
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years in sourcing and/or recruiting efforts
- Experience hiring mental or behavioral health providers
- Passion for mental health
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
