Job Summary
A food service management and support services family of companies is in need of a Remote Contract Corporate Accounting Finance Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing external candidates to fill open accounting and finance positions
- Conducting data & market research to identify potential hires
- Providing customer service to internal customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience or sourcing experience
- Previous experience as an in-house recruiter with high-volumes
- Experience in leveraging social media tools, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc
- Expert knowledge of the internet, search engines, networking sites, job boards, etc
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS
- Experience with qualifying candidates by interviewing and presenting candidates
