Job Summary

A pharmaceutical manufacturing solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Contract Corporate Recruiter in Somerset.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Help determine staffing strategies, obtain position requirements, compensation
• Monitor progress of requisitions from approval to close
• Develop and implement recruitment programs and strategies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to create and drive efficient and effective candidate generation strategies
• Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology recruiting experience is highly preferred
