A pharmaceutical manufacturing solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Contract Corporate Recruiter in Somerset.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Help determine staffing strategies, obtain position requirements, compensation
- Monitor progress of requisitions from approval to close
- Develop and implement recruitment programs and strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to create and drive efficient and effective candidate generation strategies
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology recruiting experience is highly preferred
