A software platform is filling a position for a Remote Contract Customer Experience Agent in Philadelphia.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing enthusiastic and personalized customer service to clients
- Assisting our guests with their needs during the booking process, pre-stay, during their stay, and post-stay
- Becoming a subject matter expert on company technology, policies, and best practices

- Must have reliable transportation
- Have a strong understanding of internet technology
