Job Summary

A legal consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Contract Management Attorney.

Must be able to:

  • Facilitate internal contract approval and stakeholder negotiation
  • Review and negotiate agreements
  • Provide direction and guidance related to the contracting process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • This position will require up to 10% domestic and international travel
  • 5 years of experience with commercial contracts review and negotiation experience
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
