Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee a team and manage client contracts and bid responses remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of contract professionals, ensuring performance and development
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex client contracts while ensuring compliance with policies
• Oversee contract management systems, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience without a degree
• 1-3 years of experience in leadership roles
• 3-5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, preferably in DNA Paternity
• Experience working with federal/state/government agencies
• Familiarity with contract management systems, preferably iCertis
