A clinical research company has a current position open for a Remote Contract Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining and managing contracts database in an organized, current, and searchable manner
- Maintaining contractual templates that are current
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of business-related contracts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel as business needs arise
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of relevant experience as a contracts associate/ manager
- Extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of contractual agreements
- Experience managing a contracts database and related projects within an organization
- Strong organizational and planning skills and a meticulous attention to detail
