Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Contract Modeling Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and maintaining contractual reimbursement logic on all inpatient and outpatient hospital claims for a particular Health System
- Creating, categorizing and running rules to assist with volume management and revenue opportunity creation
- Testing the company-wide platform and workflow requirements to round out the relationship between each portion of the application suite
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or industry tenure equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry
- 2 years of proven experience with an operationally focused team
- Knowledge of Hospital Reimbursement Methodologies
- Knowledge of Managed Care Contracts
- Ability to work well within a team, maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism in personality, leadership and integrity
