Remote Contract Operations Manager in Louisville

Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company is filling a position for a Remote Contract Operations Manager in Louisville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing a team of 2-5 Contract Operations associates for proposals, quoting, and/or contracting
• Maintaining and proposing improvements to the current processes with the goal of increased digitization for scalability
• Tracking and maintaining priorities in Salesforce.com and report out to the business

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to be a team member as well as a leader
• Strong communication skills, writing in particular
• Experienced user of MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Adept at working collaboratively across multiple business functions
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or a combination of education and related experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or related experience
