Job Summary

Partnering with the Human Resources Manager, the part-time Variable Hour Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional positions
• Develop and post engaging job advertisements and source qualified candidates through various platforms
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, education, legal, or higher education organizations
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, with Paylocity experience being a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience recruiting remote employees across multiple states
