Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Recruiter, this part-time remote position will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing and screening candidates for top-tier tour guides as the summer tourism season approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations
• Source and screen candidates through resume evaluations, phone screenings, and virtual interviews to ensure the best fit for each role
• Leverage social media and job boards to increase brand visibility and connect with qualified candidates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR staffing
