Remote Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 15 requisitions across IT, engineering, and business roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for multiple functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and establish sourcing strategies
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview processes while maintaining accurate recruiting data

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with agency experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes
• Skilled at sourcing for technical (IT) roles
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
