Remote Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Contract Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for a variety of roles, collaborating with hiring managers and utilizing various sourcing methods in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant skills and experience

Required qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Paylocity is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
