Remote Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Remote Contract Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform targeted research to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure qualifications meet job requirements and schedule interviews for hiring managers
• Oversee pre-employment requirements and maintain accurate recruiting data throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting and interviewing experience, preferably in the BPO market
• Experience recruiting for Finance, Payroll, and Banking positions
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in ATS systems, preferably ICIMS and Workday
• Strong knowledge of employment law and excellent customer service skills
