Job Summary
An alternative hospitality service provider is in need of a Remote Contract Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and negotiating offers
- Managing diverse stakeholders and openings at all levels from corporate to property operations
- Partnering with hiring teams to deeply understand their needs, scope roles, develop recruiting strategies and drive the interview process
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS/BA degree or commensurate experience
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative approach, welcome feedback and strive to always learn and improve along the way
- Data-driven, comfortable with Excel and leveraging metrics to connect talent strategy to overall company goals/objectives
