Job Summary

A marketing firm is in need of a Remote Contract Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Owning the full recruitment life cycle (identifying, attracting, assessing, hiring and initiating the on-boarding process)
• Leading all recruitment across the network, spanning junior to senior roles
• Designing, creating, and maintaining Talent Acquisition (TA) processes and systems enterprise wide

Required Skills:

• 8+ years’ experience in a recruiting role at an enterprise level
• Experience in recruiting for creative, technical, media, strategy, analytics and leadership positions
• Experience developing creative strategic/sourcing techniques
• Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, recruiting systems, legal compliance and overall knowledge of HR disciplines
• Strong communication and project management skills necessary to keep many projects running concurrently
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems
