Job Summary
A non-profit organization dedicated to finding a cure for breast cancer is in need of a Remote Contract Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting job interviews within legal parameters using proper techniques and guidelines. Determine relativity of candidate skills and experience, reject or select candidates, and refers top talent to hiring managers.
- Promoting equal employment opportunity by analyzing results of outreach efforts and target recruitment campaigns based upon those results. Analyze cost vs. effectiveness of recruitment activities, related applicant flow results, and outcomes of various job postings.
- Maintaining various recruiting status reports and recruitment files.
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven work experience as a dedicated Recruiter for at least 5 years for either an agency or in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired results.
- Must have experience managing high-volume recruiting using a variety of sourcing techniques including digital/internet resources.
- Must have knowledge of employment laws relative to hiring and selection.
