Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing and pre-screening applications, and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
• Be responsible for understanding and learning applicable HR laws, regulations, and guidelines

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
• 1 plus years’ experience in Recruiting
• 2- 3 years administration experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software platforms
• Ability to influence others both internally and externally; ability to collaborate with others
