Job Summary
A provider of packaging and container solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contract Recruiter in Charlotte.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Partner, HR Partners and Hiring Managers in determining hiring needs and developing a sourcing strategy
- Conducting intake sessions with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate requirements, agree on the sourcing strategy, train/discuss the recruiting processes, align on communication method & frequency
- Conducting phone screens with candidates and provide an overview of the company's business, employee benefits, opportunities for development and create a compelling vision to potential candidates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience supporting manufacturing
- Demosntrated strong applicant tracking software experience / previous experience in high volume recruiting
- Ability to develop and execute a recruiting strategy using innovative sourcing methods based on the job requirements
- Ability to successfully recruit in an environment focused on driving accountability using data analytics
- Ability to maintain accurate hiring documentation on all requisitions, interviews, and candidates through ATS
