A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Contract Recruiter in Columbus.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and contact high quality applicants
  • Conduct phone screens utilizing competency-based questions to evaluate skills and behaviors
  • Communicate next steps in the process verbally or via email

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of related experience in recruiting/talent acquisition
