Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Contract Recruiter in Sacramento.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Sourcing candidates through networking using the recruiter's existing data base and internet research techniques
• Developing and maintaining strong candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs
• Communicating the culture of the organization to prospective candidates

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Schedule interviews and or possible travel with candidates
• 1 to 3+ yrs experience as a Recruiting Experience
• Source, qualify and recruit highly professional, top producing Mortgage Professionals
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to and successfully achieve (and exceed) hiring goals as determined by the company
• Ability to target companies and passive candidates by leveraging all available online and offline resources
