Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Contract Recruiter in Sacramento.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing candidates through networking using the recruiter's existing data base and internet research techniques
- Developing and maintaining strong candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs
- Communicating the culture of the organization to prospective candidates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Schedule interviews and or possible travel with candidates
- 1 to 3+ yrs experience as a Recruiting Experience
- Source, qualify and recruit highly professional, top producing Mortgage Professionals
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to and successfully achieve (and exceed) hiring goals as determined by the company
- Ability to target companies and passive candidates by leveraging all available online and offline resources
