- Reacing out to prospective candidates via outbound sourcing
- Maintaining a robust and active pipeline of talent
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven success in a high volume recruiting role specifically with expert sourcing experience
- A successful track record of engaging, recruiting, selling and hiring senior talent
- Strong communication skills and business insight necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders within the organization
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
- Tech- savvy, experience and knowledge working with ATS and HRIS systems, Greenhouse experience is a plus
