Job Summary

A customer success company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contract Sourcer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Career Sites, internal and external networks to source passive, hard to find candidates
  • Creating compelling outbound email campaigns that highlight the company’s special magic and attract passive candidates
  • Reviewing inbound candidate applications

Qualifications Include:

  • 2 years of relevant experience, preferable for SaaS roles
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with Boolean Search Strings
  • Experience with Google Office Suite
