Remote Contract Specialist II

Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Contract Specialist II.

Must be able to:

• Provide advice and recommendations for all elements in acquisition plans
• Research existing Government-wide contracts for available products and services
• Evaluate different approaches to and sources for OS services support

Position Requirements Include:

• Possesses demonstrated expertise in and capability to perform full range of contract actions
• Bachelor's and 24 semester hours in aaccounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics or management
• 5 years performing preliminary acquisition functions
• 5 years of experience in developing and administering a variety of contract types, with some supervision and oversight
• 5 years of experience in contracting providing service to Federal clients
• Be able to pass a Public Trust background investigation to be completed by the BEP Office of Personnel Security
