Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Contract Specialist II.
Must be able to:
- Provide advice and recommendations for all elements in acquisition plans
- Research existing Government-wide contracts for available products and services
- Evaluate different approaches to and sources for OS services support
Position Requirements Include:
- Possesses demonstrated expertise in and capability to perform full range of contract actions
- Bachelor's and 24 semester hours in aaccounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics or management
- 5 years performing preliminary acquisition functions
- 5 years of experience in developing and administering a variety of contract types, with some supervision and oversight
- 5 years of experience in contracting providing service to Federal clients
- Be able to pass a Public Trust background investigation to be completed by the BEP Office of Personnel Security
