Job Summary
A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Contract Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Process, negotiate, implement, track, and monitor of nondisclosure agreements, and other agreements, as assigned
- Actively seek guidance, consultation, and approval with other members of the Global Legal Services team, business owners, and other departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of three years of contract review and processing experience required with substantial knowledge of legal terms and conditions
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating nondisclosure agreements, indirect materials agreements, and other agreements
- Apply, explain, and ensure compliance with applicable contracting policies and procedures, including obtaining the necessary approvals
