Job Summary
A communications company is in need of a Remote Contract Talent Acquisition Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Assist in coordination and facilitation of selection events, including face to face interviews
- Phone screen applicants using approved telephone interview guides
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries from external applicants
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to source external candidates via networking, cold calling and job boards
- Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience
- Able to close 10-15 job requisitions in a 4-8 week time-frame for your dedicated regional area
- Pass successful background checks and drug test
- Big pharma experience and/or healthcare industry
- Agency/high volume recruiting backgrounds
