Job Summary
A mortgage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contract To Close Transaction Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring key dates related to loan transactions and responding accordingly
- Sending loan forms, disclosures agreements, and other supporting documentation to customers for completion and signature
- Managing assigned originator's database; tracking active loan(s) and entering data as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong detail orientation and highly organized
- Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers
