Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Contractor and Customer Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Communicate with customers through phone, chat, and email
  • Communicate with freelancers through email
  • Review and process incoming orders for our various service offerings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1+ years sales and/or customer support experience
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must have a quiet space to take phone calls
  • Very well organized and can multi-task with ease and efficiency
