Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Contractor and Customer Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Communicate with customers through phone, chat, and email
- Communicate with freelancers through email
- Review and process incoming orders for our various service offerings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years sales and/or customer support experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must have a quiet space to take phone calls
- Very well organized and can multi-task with ease and efficiency
- High speed wired internet connection and a computer less than 3 years old
