Job Summary
A benefits management solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Contractor Customer Success Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing high-trust relationships with company's customers
- Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Triaging system issues, collaborating internally to ensure items are resolved with the highest quality
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Functional domain expertise with EDI, HRIS and/or connected systems
- Proven background of successful management of issue and escalation management
- Proven ability to lead effective meetings and drive and influence outcomes
- Proficiency with Microsoft office products, especially excel
