A web3 gaming company is seeking a Remote Contracts Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing workflow for contract beginning with receipt of requests for contract generation
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams during contract review
Qualifications for this position include:
- Previous experience at a law firm or in a high-growth environment
- Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills with regards to contract negotiation
- Familiarity with standard provisions in employment contracts, contractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements
