Job Summary

A commercial real estate services and investment firm has an open position for a Remote Contracts and Analytics Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review, interpret and analyze contract and service agreements
  • Respond to customer inquires pertaining to modifications of existing contracts and to facilitate all phases of contract management
  • Negotiate and interpret contracts, and monitors fulfillment of contractual obligations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in computer science, math, engineering or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI Stack and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills
