Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Contracts Associate General Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Draft a wide range of transactions and contracts
  • Collaborate to develop contract strategies
  • Execute on a corporate litigation defense strategy

Qualifications Include:

  • JD from a recognized U.S. law school
  • License to practice in Kansas or eligibility for in-house registration
  • 4 years drafting, reviewing and negotiating high value business to business contracts
  • 4+ years experience in consumer financial services
  • Experience negotiating with sophisticated potential clients, vendors, and other parties
  • Knowledge and experience with contract law and consumer financial compliance
