Job Summary
An information technology solutions provider is seeking a Remote Contracts Attorney in San Diego.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating execution/resolution of customer contracts
- Drafting and/or refining existing commercial agreements
- Supporting the formulation and implementation of internal governance policies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Annual company overnight retreat
- Juris Doctorate and be a member in good standing with the California State Bar Association
- 4 years of broad-based yet in-depth contract law and commercial experience
- Outstanding knowledge of commercial contract law and negotiation
- Ability to quickly master and integrate legal, business, technical, and practical analysis
- Experience supporting contract operations for a Technology company
