Job Summary

A provider of legal consulting, attorney recruiting, legal talent, legal technology and eDiscovery solutions has a current position open for a Remote Contracts Compliance Attorney in Marrero.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborating with the bank legal department to finalize drafts for vendor review and finalization
• Requesting amendments from Outside Counsel to review
• Following up and receiving amendments from Outside counsel, review, edit, draft or change

Required Skills:

• Must have an active Bar license
• 3 years of Contract review/negotiation experience in regulatory compliance contracts
• Ability to collaborate, meet deadlines, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to roll-up sleeves and do processing work along with legal work
• Ability to be cross functional and to jump into any part of the work flow as needed
• Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
