A credit bureau is in need of a Remote Contracts Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating with various stakeholders
- Facilitating deal execution
- Minimizing risk
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Admission to the bar of any state
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience
- Significant experience negotiating critical contract terms
