Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Contracts Director.
Must be able to:
- Create and negotiate SaaS agreements
- Review RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and the provision of appropriate alternatives to contract terms
- Review and resolution of issues impacting company compliance
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years SaaS, software and services contract management / negotiation in a high tech organization
- Experience with Salesforce and Conga are preferred
- Familiarity with legal / licensing concepts such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Warranties, etc
- Substantial experience in addressing contractual issues in cloud, data security, privacy matters strongly preferred
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Superior organizational and record keeping skills
