Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Contracts Manager to join their IT software organization on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements, particularly SaaS agreements
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance needs
• Maintain accurate contract records and provide guidance on contractual language and negotiation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and negotiating SaaS agreements
• Strong background in contract administration and end-to-end contract management
• Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and revising contractual documents with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms and conditions in complex business agreements
• Public sector experience is a plus
