Job Summary
A climate change company has a current position open for a Remote Contracts Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage, prepare, and update standard contracts and seek guidance where needed
- Review and redline contracts directly with counterparties
- Provide, draft, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements with counterparties
