A company providing online IT courses is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contracts Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze & interpret complex provisions in commercial and data privacy agreements
- Negotiate a variety of agreements
- Review and revise standard and non-standard agreements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience managing contracts in a corporate environment
- Ability to manage and deliver on a diverse and complex workload
- Must be a creative problem solver and capable project manager
- Experience in oral negotiations with minimal supervision,
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Experience with a contract management system
