A software company is filling a position for a Remote Contracts Manager.

Must be able to:

• Review, draft, and negotiate company commercial agreements within established guidelines
• Facilitate updates to company's online agreements and written templates
• Support commercial attorneys within various workstreams

Required Skills:

• Experience managing multiple projects or responsibilities of varying complexity at once and meeting deadlines
• Effective communication skills
• 3+ years' experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
• Good analytical skills and judgment, even in ambiguous situations
